Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased within the last 14 days.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is not marked as Final Sale or otherwise non-returnable.

Please note that returned items must be in resalable condition.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@tenderteddies.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact contact@tenderteddies.com and include your order number along with details of the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Products returned after the 14-day return period
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item received

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item received was damaged or defective;
  • The wrong item was shipped; or
  • The return is required due to an error on our part.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
