Thank you for shopping with Tender Teddies. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Information

Free Shipping — Estimated delivery within 5–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number, where available. You can use this tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers in most countries worldwide, subject to carrier availability and local regulations.

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Certain restricted or sanctioned regions

If we are unable to fulfill an order to your location, we will notify you and issue a refund if necessary.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@tenderteddies.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding an appropriate resolution.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
